- Expertise in source control systems like GIT, CI/CD techniques (TeamCity, Octopus), and code review processes using GitHub.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, software engineering principles, patterns, practices, and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot issues related to SSRS reports, data discrepancies, or performance challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for conveying complex technical information effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, leadership, time management, critical thinking, and empathy.
