Position -- PermanentRole – SSIS/SSRS Support LeadExperience – 10+ YearsLocation – Chennai/BangaloreWork Mode – WFOShift – Rotational (Morning, Afternoon, Night)About the CompanyMovate is a new age services company that harnesses the power of digital technologies to reimagine customer engagements.We enable businesses to anticipate and face disruptions effectively through our digital, technology and support services.We are a global customer experience and technology consulting services provider and a digital transformation partner of choice for its clients, which include the world’s top innovators across industries, from mid-market players to large enterprises.We have a diverse team of over 11,500 customer-centric thinkers, collaborators, and co-creators across 20 global locations.Key Skills10+ years’ database and application development and support experience.Proven SQL Language Experience with highly performing SQL.Experience developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages.Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools like Sisense and SSRS.Experience with MS SQL Server.Knowledge of Data Modeling concepts.Experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, etc.).Role & ResponsibilitiesLead the Operations team, driving strategic direction, Job Monitoring, Scheduling, Configuration and Maintenance of Batch Jobs.Act as the primary contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure a seamless experience.Develop and implement operational processes, guidelines, and best practices to streamline support operations and enhance user satisfaction.Log, prioritize, and collaborate with product teams on resolving bugs and complex technical issues.Monitor critical issues, escalate as needed, and provide workarounds for unsupported functionality.Also help troubleshoot, triage the daily issues and guide the team for any assistance in solving any tickets.Assist in refining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.Create, modify, and troubleshoot SSIS packages, Stored Procedures, SQL Queries, Automation Processes and SQL Jobs with an eye on performance.Convert, manipulate and prepare large volumes of data for ingestion into our systems using SQL Server integration tools.Create, modify and troubleshoot reporting queries in SQL Server 2019.Maintain and support data ingestion tools and automation scripts.Manage and resolve data-related issues that are reported by customers and internal employees.Conduct quality and business logic checks on all data into and out of systems.Maintain high customer satisfaction with customer service, technical and consultative skills, and acquired knowledge of the work product.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusiveworkplace.We encourage applications from all qualified individuals regardless of race, gender, age, sexualorientation, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
