1. Responsible for filing of License monthly compliances, i.e., Rules 24, 26(2), 27 and 28 of

the Haryana Development & Regulation of Urban Area Rules 1976.

2. Preparation and filing of quarterly progress reports of registered Projects with

HRERA.

3. Preparation and filing of annual returns 4(2)(l)(d) of registered Projects with HRERA.

RERA registration of projects.

RERD Act 2016 and Rules thereof and calculation of fee.

6. Preparation and filing of License renewal / extension on LC - VI and follow up of the

same with sanctioning authority after Audit of Rules 1976.

7. Uploading of completed works on MS Teams.

8. Uploading of work-in-progress on NAS Drive.

9. Self-Starter, Excellent leadership qualities & technically sound.

10. Excellent communication, Problem solving, management and organizational skills.

11. Proficient in English

12. Own transport and ability to travel within City, State/Region

**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinating the internal team of Architects, coordinating with the Engineering

Division, etc.

2. Maintains contact with all clients for the projects assigned to ensure high levels of

client satisfaction.

3. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

4. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures

that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

1. B.Sc./ B.Com with MBA or BCA/MCA

2. Computer Knowledge - With working experience in MS Office.

3. Proficient in interpreting Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act

1975 with Rules 1976 and RERS Act 2016 and Rules thereof applicable in the Federal

State and relevant policies pertaining to different products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
