**Job Title**: Compliance Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Monitor and interpret relevant regulations, laws, and guidelines to ensure company practices comply with legal requirements.
- Assist in maintaining the company’s compliance program and develop policies for ongoing regulatory adherence.
- **Risk Management**:

- Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and audits across departments and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Identify potential compliance risks and suggest strategies to mitigate them.
- **Internal Audits & Reporting**:

- Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**:
MBA ( Human Resource)

Persuing MBA (Human Resource)
- **Experience**

1-3 years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk management roles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
