Job Title : CB - Divisional Risk and Control

Corporate Title : 3 Associate / 2 Analyst

**Overview**:
Divisional Control Office (DCO) team ensures that the division operates with high levels of integrity. DCO is responsible for supporting the business by developing, implementing and maintaining a risk culture to ensure a strong and sustainable business control environment whilst minimizing risk arising from non-financial risk factors. DCO strategy includes improving the risk management information and strengthening the governance and risk culture.

**Job Details**:

- Findings Management - GFMS Access, risk type determination, self-identified issues monitoring, follow up on Action Plans, risk acceptance certification, sample test findings, monitoring status updates of overdue findings, monthly status reports, follow up on issues arising out of reporting.
- Product Governance - Ensuring SPRs are timely tracked and sign-offs received, monthly reporting and maintenance of SPR Tracker - New products, de-activate products, product mergers monitoring etc.
- Dynamic Risk Assessment - Collation of relevant data / materials for dynamic risk profile updates throughout the year
- Control Assurance - Controls Testing / Overall support on controls topic, Control Assurance reports etc.
- Scenario Analysis - Admin support in delivery of CB scenario plan
- Culture & Conduct - Coordinating the preparation of Culture & Conduct reports, metrics and reporting.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience in finance and/or non-financial risk roles, including AFC, Compliance and Audit
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills/knowledge related to risk management/operational risk
- Strong capabilities in data analysis and data compilation
- CB products, processes and systems preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Strong analytical skills and ability to transform complex issues into efficient solution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
