Production Planning/ Production Controller

The production controller will be responsible for prioritising, modifying & managing daily /weekly / monthly production schedules and ensure that all work order delivery dates.

The key responsibilities are as follows:
Plan & prepare Material production schedule based on work order & customer delivery date and available/ expected resources.
- Coordinate with various departments sales ,Purchase, QC, Exports,stores for smooth operations.
- Prepare Time & action reports of all work order & sample reports.
- Prepare BOM of all samples & production items.
- Get BOM approved for all items in work order within 24 hours of work order receipt.
- Arrange PP meeting for each work order and prepare purchase requisition.
- Plan production activities to meet buyer requirements & company objectives.
- Oversee daily production planning, ensuring timely delivery of material.
- Monitor productivity levels & implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance & safety regulations and maintain a clean working environments.
- Ensure proper implementation of ERP systems & procedures.

Education : Graduate in any discipline or industrial engineer with good computer knowledge.

Must be proficient in excel, spreadsheets & ERP systems.

Good knowledge of written & spoken english.

Salary-3.5-5.00 lakh

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
