Immediate Requirement for QA

Position : Executive QA

Qualifications - B.Sc/B.Tech/M.Sc /M tech in any of the following areas /Food Technology/Engineering

Experience - 2 to 4 years in Quality Assurance in FMCG

Salary - 30k to 40 K per month (negotiable )

**Responsibility**:

- Directly responsible for verifying the CCP and OPRPs in the lines.
- Directly responsible for monitoring and reporting all process and product quality deviations to the QA Manager.
- Directly responsible for preparation and review of Batch Manufacturing Record and Batch Packing Record Master copy and issue.
- Directly responsible for preparation of COA, MSDS, Packing List and Labels for Export consignments on need basis.
- Overall responsibility for preparation of SOP, Checklist and Formats and review on need basis.
- Directly responsible for customer complaint handling, root cause analysis and corrective action and documentation of the same.
- Directly responsible to inspect and verify the raw material, packing material and finished goods storage and GMP conditions according to the requirements.
- Directly responsible to monitor and verify FIFO and FEFO system for raw materials, packaging materials and Finished Goods are carried out according to the laid down procedure.
- Directly responsible to inspect and verify the GMP condition as per ISO Standard, Housekeeping, Personal Hygiene, Access control and Pest control activities, report any deviations/gaps and take corrective action.
- Directly responsible to inspect and verify the CIP & COP effectiveness for all line equipment and food contact surfaces.
- Directly responsible to monitor and ensure the calibration of all weighing scales & other measuring equipment and instruments in the equipment master list are carried out as per the defined schedule.
- Directly responsible to inspect and approve the finished goods before dispatch.
- Is responsible to investigate the deviations in incoming raw material & packaging material, take corrective action and prepare report accordingly.
- Direct responsibility to ensure that non-conforming products handling and Rework/disposal is carried out according to the standard operating procedure.
- Directly responsible for maintaining and monitoring the shelf life samples, their storage condition and testing are carried out as per the agreed frequency & report the observations/results to Quality Assurance Manager.
- Directly responsible to maintain corrective action records for all product & package failures.
- Directly responsible to monitor and ensure external lab testing compliance as per the testing schedule/plan and maintain test reports for the same.
- Directly responsible to carryout GMP and hygiene audit at agreed time intervals
- Responsible for training of employees on Quality, Food safety, GMP, Personnel Hygiene, Cleaning and Sanitation and any other relevant topic as per the annual training calendar.
- Directly responsible to follow-up with external service providers and agencies for Calibration, External Testing Labs and Pest Control.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining all audit related documents & records.
- Is responsible to perform validations, trials, cleaning validations, equipment/facility qualifications, QMS implementation and sustainability etc., as required.

***Training and Self-development
- To provide support in ERP for material release on need basis, troubleshooting and escalation of technical issues with accounts and SAP team.
- Is responsible to participate in sensory evaluation.
- Responsible to monitor and ensure food safety throughout the food chain in the plant.
- Is responsible for monitoring, inspection and approval of raw materials and flavor dispensing for production batches as per the Batch Manufacturing Record and Formulation, on need basis.
- To upgrade and any change in the verification of PRP’s, OPRP’s & CCP’s in reference to FSMS and statuary/regulatory requirement.
- Review of the food safety management system if any new hazard is triggered inside the plant or any out breaks come in focus.
