Social Media Executive

**Role & Responsibilities**:1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and unique value proposition to develop tailored social media strategies.
2. Lead the day-to-day management of multiple client accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management across various social media platforms.
3. Create engaging and compelling content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy, that aligns with clients' brand voice and messaging.
4. Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and provide timely recommendations to optimize content and campaigns.
5. Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track KPIs, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategies to drive innovation and results.
7. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Creative, Content, and Paid Media, to ensure seamless execution and integration of social media campaigns within broader marketing.

**Skills**:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies across multiple platforms.
4. Strong understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
