Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing daily dispatch operations, coordinating drivers and equipment, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. They will communicate with drivers, customers, and other internal teams to confirm pickup and delivery details, respond to inquiries and complaints, and manage scheduling changes as necessary.

**Qualifications**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple shipments and drivers simultaneously

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation management software

Previous experience in transportation or logistics is preferred

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certification in transportation or logistics is beneficial

Strong knowledge of the geography and roadways of the United States

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
