Key Responsibilities
- **Market Development**:Identify and develop new business opportunities and growth areas in international markets for packaging products, such as primary packaging for food or pharma.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and agents.
- **Sales & Negotiations**:Handle the end-to-end sales process, including preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales with international clients.
- **Strategy & Planning**:Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase market share in target regions.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export documentation standards.
- **Market Analysis**:Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- **Internal Collaboration**:Work closely with internal teams, including logistics, production, R&D, and marketing, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting**:Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- **Trade Shows**:Participate in international trade shows and conferences to promote products and meet potential clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Education**:Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field like international business or marketing.
- **Experience**:Prior experience in international sales or marketing, especially within the packaging industry, is often necessary.
- **Knowledge**:Understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and freight forwarding is important.
- **Skills**:Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for working with international clients and internal teams.
- **Technical Aptitude**:Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales software is beneficial for tracking leads and managing customer interactions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
