Profile:
Minimum 12th Pass, Ideally Graduate with sales experience preferable. Freshers also welcome. Energetic and enthusiastic to do daily repetitive tasks. Must possess & be able to use Smartphone comfortably. Must have 2 Wheeler and Driving license - and can drive to market for order booking purpose. Can maintain good relationship with Retailer and is a team player.
- Report to Market by 9:30 am
- Login to Recibo and mark attendance for the day
- Proceed towards predefined route
- Start calling into outlets as per defined route (Minimum 50 Outlets)
- All beats to be covered on weekly basis
- Punch FMCG order from outlet in Recibo (ensure first call time as per first outlet norm)
- Ensure calling on entire range of products and clearly explaining the MRP, Retailer rate, Schemes as applicable.
- Activity inside outlet:_
- _Take stock of Moreish products in outlet_
- _Put Moreish products in front and well displayed (ahead of competition)_
- _Check on PKD of each SKU, bring forward the one day old SKU if it is not sold_
- _Sell range instead of dumping more of same SKU_
- _Take all order and punch in Recibo at real time._
- Continue on the beat to next outlet
- Once beat is over - return to the Depot / Factory and submit summary of orders booked retailer wise to the Depot In-charge for the given route.
- **Ensure Depot in Charge is taking the indent of your orders and billing to the respective route DD vehicle which will deliver the goods and collect the money the next day.**
- Ensure that the details are punched the DD Ledger.
- Sign off with the depot incharge that all details are captured - Order, Indent etc.
- Log out of Recibo and mark day close.
- Leave Premises.
- Keep a track of the daily and monthly target give to you by Supervisor and performance against the TGT.
- Report any Competition activity/ new SKU/Retailer feedback to Supervisor
- **For every 6 DD Route Vehicle there will be 1 FMCG SR working on weekly frequency**
