Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence within the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our blow moulding machines and plastic toy manufacturing machines.
- Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met and to address any technical queries.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential sales opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress towards targets, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and promote our products.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the plastic machine industry.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
- In-depth knowledge of blow moulding machines, plastic toy manufacturing machines, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
