**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, cooks, gardeners, drivers, and other domestic workers.
- Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and smooth functioning of the household.
- Manage inventory of household supplies, groceries, and equipment; place orders when necessary.
- Monitor and control household expenses while maintaining quality standards.
- Schedule and oversee repairs, maintenance, and servicing of household appliances and property.
- Plan and supervise meal preparation, ensuring dietary preferences and hygiene standards are met.
- Handle guest arrangements, including accommodation, meals, and transportation.
- Maintain records of staff attendance, work schedules, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols within the premises.
- Assist in organizing events, parties, and other household functions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-5 years of experience** in household management or a supervisory role in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping, cooking, and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to multitask and work under mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Familiarity with budgeting and expense tracking.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in Hospitality/Household Management
- Certification in hospitality or house management is a plus.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- 300000-350000 per annum
