Qualification & Experience:

- Must have completed Graduation in Exercise Science/ Kinesiology/ Sports Science or a related field.
- Desirable : Relevant Certifications related to Strength and Conditioning.
- Entry Level
- Good communication skills.
- Competencies:

- **Designing and implementing training programs after evaluation and status check.**
- Exercise prescription and supervision with continuous evaluation.
- Collaboration with the elite coaching team of NAC.
- Developing systems to track athlete attendance, performance and progress together with sports coaches.
- Creating logical training programs for swimmers in sync with periodization plans.
- Coaching athletes on ways they can prevent injuries in collaboration with sports coaches
- Working with the sports medicine staff to collaborate on how to best treat injured athletes and help them recover faster
- To conduct rigorous analysis each year to determine what the team requires and decide how to best improve its strength and conditioning programs
- Ability to promote learning through creativity and fun

- Ensures safety of all swimmers while teaching
- Conducts training sessions as per the coaching framework of NAC
- Establishes learning environment for swimmers
- Establishes and maintains effective communication with swimmers
- Adheres to the class timings

- Maintains optimum personal hygiene
- Extends support during crisis
- Handles any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting head.

The job holder maintains a smooth working relationship with all other swim teachers, coaches, administrative staff, and parents
