**The job profile of Sales Executive - Field: Computer systems, peripherals**

**Role Overview**: Promoting and selling computer hardware, peripherals, and accessories. Involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions to meet those requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales and Business Development**:
Ø Identify potential clients and generate leads for computer hardware, peripherals, and accessories.

Ø Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Ø Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

2. **Client Relationship Management**:
Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Ø Understand clients' requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.

Ø Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide after-sales support.

3. **Product Knowledge**:
Ø Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in computer hardware, peripherals, and accessories.

Ø Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's product range and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.

4. **Sales Presentations**:
Ø Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of products.

Ø Customize presentations to match the specific needs and concerns of each client.

5. **Negotiation and Closing**:
Ø Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Ø Close sales deals and finalize contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.

6. **Market Intelligence**:
Ø Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to the management team.

Ø Assist in the development of marketing strategies based on market intelligence.

7. **Reporting**:
Ø Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information.

Ø Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management review.

8. **Collaboration**:
Ø Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Ø Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Ø Proven experience in sales, preferably in the computer hardware and accessories industry.

Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ø Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

Ø Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Ø Knowledge of computer hardware and accessories is a plus.

**Travel Requirements**: This role may require frequent travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
