Kitchen Supervisor

Adaminte Chayakkada is searching for a motivated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our growing restaurant. In this role, you will play a vital part in leading our kitchen team and ensuring our customers have a delightful dining experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, maintaining high standards for food quality, presentation, and service.
- Manage and schedule kitchen staff, including training new hires, creating work assignments, and providing performance feedback.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and place orders for necessary supplies.
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development (in some cases).
- Resolve any kitchen issues that may arise and ensure smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen supervisor role.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation protocols (HACCP certification a plus).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in maintaining inventory and cost control procedures.
- Experience in a similar cuisine a plus (Keralan cuisine preferred).
