**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the daily operations and logistics to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Coordinate with government offices, schools, and vendors for project-related work.
- Maintain and organize records, reports, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Manage inventory, materials, and timely distribution.
- Ensure adherence to all internal policies and operational procedures.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above.
- Strong verbal communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to read and understand English.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones and computers.
- Familiarity with Google Drive, especially Google Sheets and Docs.
- Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Organized, punctual, and proactive in handling tasks.
