**Job Title**: Guest Faculty - Radio Broadcasting & Digital Audio Production

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach courses in **Radio Broadcasting, Podcasting, Digital Audio Editing, and Sound Design**.
- Provide hands-on training in audio recording, mixing, and production techniques.
- Guide students in creating radio shows, podcasts, and live broadcasts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into the curriculum.
- Assist in developing academic and practical training modules.
- Supervise student projects and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with media industry professionals and arrange guest lectures/workshops.
- Participate in institutional activities and research initiatives.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Master’s in Mass Communication/Journalism/Media Studies or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **2-5 years** of teaching or industry experience in radio broadcasting, podcasting, or audio production.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in DAWs like Adobe Audition, Audacity, Pro Tools, or similar software.
- **Desirable**: Experience in **radio station management, sound engineering, or podcast production**.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor and inspire students.
- Industry network and ability to connect students with media professionals.
- Innovative approach to teaching and content delivery.

**Job Type**: फ़ुल-टाइम

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
