Numerator is looking for an experienced, user-focused Product Owner to join our Survey Product team. This person will work closely with frontend and backend engineers, UX designers, and product managers supporting our survey offering here at Numerator.

We are looking for a Product Owner who loves building products and wants to make something that is meaningful and impactful to our users - both internal and external. You will be integrally involved in the entire product cycle in a rapidly developing environment.

**What you’ll get to do**
- Coordinate the execution of the Survey Product roadmap.
- Write detailed user stories based on requirements and business needs, in coordination with the Survey Product Manager.
- Help with providing clear technical specifications for the Survey engineering team. This may require a lot of internal cross-team collaboration and coordination.
- Work with a team that owns the agile processes, including sprint planning, burndown, release planning, sprint showcases, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Carefully manage delivery timelines for new features and bug fixes in accordance with the Survey roadmap.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to define the vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for Survey.

**What you bring**
- At least two years of experience in a product owner or product management role.
- Experience managing tasks, timelines, and project milestones for teams.
- Ability to work with internal stakeholders on collecting feedback, prioritizing tasks, and managing the engineering backlog.
- Strong technical specification and data analysis skills.
- Positive attitude and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities, and be willing to “roll-up your sleeves” to drive organizational change.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the skills to manage multiple projects at a time.
- A collaborative nature, and an interest in working with cross functional, internal and external partners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to vet issue reports to determine the root cause.
- Highly autonomous, versatile, self-directed, intellectually curious within a dynamic and fast-paced organization that’s constantly changing.
