Generate and issue invoices accurately and on time.
- Verify billing data, such as product/service details, pricing, discounts, and customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure billing reflects service delivery.
- Maintain records of invoices, payments, and billing discrepancies.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with clients for billing clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant tax regulations (e.g., GST, VAT).
- Prepare and analyze billing reports and summaries for management.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings related to billing.
- Resolve billing errors or disputes efficiently and professionally.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
- Proficient in billing/accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho).
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
