Lead Architect Role

We seek a skilled Lead Architect with extensive experience in project development, design execution and effective client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project designs incorporating detailed drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQs)
  • Represent our team's architectural ideas confidently through presentations and speeches to clients
  • Create unique and innovative design concepts that incorporate the latest finishes and value-added features
  • Expertise in preparing detailed BOQs that meet client expectations

Primary Key Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of Commercial, Residential, & Institutional architectural projects planning and execution
  • Responsible for leading and managing projects from conceptualization to final handover

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelors/Masters in Architecture
  • 10-13 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a boutique firm
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of building technologies and environmental design principles

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with foreign education or international work experience.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, along with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
