**Overview**:This role demands both administrative tasks and clinical assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the homeopathic clinic.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Assistance**:Greet and assist patients with scheduling appointments, completing intake forms, and ensuring a comfortable waiting experience. Provide information about homeopathic treatments and answer basic patient queries
- **Clinical Support**: Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are well-equipped for consultations and treatments. Assist with patient assessments, case-taking, and follow-ups as directed by the homeopathic practitioner
- **Data Management**:Maintain accurate and organized patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and correspondence. Update and manage electronic health record (EHR) systems
- **Inventory Management**: Manage and monitor the inventory of homeopathic remedies and supplies. Order and restock remedies as needed.
- **Billing and Payments**: Process patient billing and payments, including verifying insurance information and handling billing inquiries
- **Patient Education**: Educate patients about homeopathic treatments, dietary guidelines, and lifestyle recommendations. Provide literature or resources related to homeopathy
- **Safety and Hygiene**: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in examination rooms and patient areas. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
- **Communication**: Liaise with patients, their families, and referring physicians as necessary. Communicate with the homeopathic practitioner about patient needs and concerns

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**:

- 12th standard pass/Graduate
- Computer handling skills
- Client relationship
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn

- Service mindset

**Shift timings**:

- 9.15am-8.00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
