**Key Responsibilities:Surgical Support**:
- **Device Operation**:
- Operate Hyperthermia perfusion devices during cancer surgeries.
- Ensure optimal setup, monitoring, and functionality of the device throughout the procedure.
- **Collaboration with Surgeons**:
- Assist surgeons by providing technical support during surgeries.
- Offer insights on device performance and troubleshooting during critical moments.
**Training and Demonstration**:
- **Product Training**:
- Train healthcare professionals, including surgeons and support staff, on the operation and maintenance of Hyperthermia perfusion devices.
- Develop and deliver training materials tailored to the needs of various users.
- **Product Demonstration**:
- Conduct on-site and virtual product demonstrations for potential clients and medical teams.
**Technical and Clinical Support**:
- **Pre
- and Post-Surgery Support**:
- Ensure proper device preparation and calibration before surgery.
- Provide post-surgical support and troubleshooting to address any concerns.
- **Travel to Medical Facilities**:
- Visit hospitals and clinics to assist with installations, product usage, and after-sales service.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
- **Case Reports**:
- Maintain detailed records of surgical cases involving the device.
- Document feedback from surgeons and staff for continuous product improvement.
- **Compliance**:
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and clinical guidelines during device usage and training.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Educational Background**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Perfusion Technology or related healthcare fields.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Perfusionist, preferably with experience in hyperthermia perfusion or oncology surgeries.
- **Skills and Competencies**:
- Proficient in operating and troubleshooting perfusion devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with medical professionals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Other Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel extensively for surgeries, training sessions, and demonstrations.
- Ability to work in high-pressure surgical environments.
**Preferred Qualities**:
- Experience in oncology surgeries or hyperthermia treatments.
- Proven ability to train medical professionals effectively.
