Job Summary:
The Sport Supervisor is responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of sports programs and activities within a designated facility or organization. This role includes overseeing staff, ensuring the smooth operation of sports events, and maintaining high standards of service and safety for participants.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Program Management**:

- Develop, implement, and evaluate sports programs and activities for various age groups and skill levels.
- Schedule and coordinate sports events, practices, and leagues.
- Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- **Facility Management**:

- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of sports facilities and equipment.
- Ensure facilities are in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Coordinate facility usage and manage bookings for events and programs.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to participants, parents, and community members.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to sports programs or facilities.
- Promote and market sports programs to increase participation and engagement.
- **Budget and Administration**:

- Prepare and manage budgets for sports programs and facilities.
- Monitor expenses and ensure financial resources are used effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to sports programs, events, and staff.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure all sports activities and facilities adhere to safety regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential safety issues.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with community organizations, schools, and local sports clubs.
- Organize and participate in community outreach and promotional events.
- Encourage community involvement and support for sports programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
