**Role**:
A Dyeing Master oversees the entire fabric/yarn dyeing process in a têxtile manufacturing unit, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency in dyeing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Dyeing Process Management**:

- Plan, monitor, and execute dyeing schedules for fabrics or yarns.
- Ensure correct dye recipes and procedures are followed.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct shade matching and approve dye lots.
- Ensure dyed materials meet customer specifications and quality standards.

**Team Supervision**:

- Manage and train dyeing operators and helpers.
- Coordinate with production and quality departments.

**Chemical and Dye Handling**:

- Oversee proper use and storage of dyes and chemicals.
- Ensure safety and compliance with environmental regulations.

**Machine Operation Oversight**:

- Ensure optimal use and maintenance of dyeing machines.
- Troubleshoot issues related to machines or dyeing faults.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain dyeing records, production logs, and quality reports.
- Analyze reprocess/rejection data and take corrective actions.
