The Yarn Dyeing lab assistant is responsible for overseeing all aspects with dyeing master of the yarn dyeing process, from recipe formulation and shade matching to production planning, quality control, and machine operation. This role requires a strong understanding of têxtile dyeing principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to lead and train a team.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Yarn Dyer or related role.
- Proven experience in shade matching and formulating dye recipes.
- In-depth knowledge of yarn dyeing processes, including different dyeing techniques and machine operation.
- Strong understanding of têxtile chemistry and color theory

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with design and sales teams to translate color requirements into accurate dye recipes.
- Conduct shade matching tests in the laboratory to achieve precise color consistency.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of dye baths, ensuring adherence to established procedures and safety protocols.
- Manage and schedule yarn dyeing production, optimizing machine utilization and meeting deadlines.
- Conduct regular quality checks on dyed yarn to ensure color consistency, shade depth, and adherence to customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of dye formulations, production data, and quality control procedures.
