Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.

**About the team**:This team takes care of internal communications and internal event organization, this team is a part of the Human Resources Department and manages all the internal communications and engagements activities.

**About the role**:This role requires managing the operations of Internal communication, to be able to manage all the engagement activities for internal teams.

**Expectations/ Requirements**:
1. Maintaining MIS

2. Int Comm: Linking mailers, HTMLization of Welcome mail, and others & Ops of these.

3. Content management for internal web pages

4. Helping with event ops whenever required.

5. Batch induction meetings: Setting up, anchoring, sharing red flags
- overall management

6. Maintaining MIS of AVP+ joiners, follow-up for welcome mails

7. Int Comm: Linking mailers, HTMLization of Welcome mails and others & Ops of these.

8. Creating the web pages of R&R Mailers every month

9. Helping with event ops whenever required.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum experience 1-year experience in HR Domain is preferred.

2. Communication skills: He /she should be able to communicate clearly over the phone as well as in written across all levels in the company.

3. Ability to coordinate and close: Hope to find a go-getter, who can adapt amidst ambiguity & complete the tasks assigned.

4. Good at Excel skills - advanced level preferred.

5. Knowledge or disposition towards learning / handling basic HTML

6. Exposure to design tools such as photoshop preferred

7. Hands-on operational experience will be valued

8. Tech bent of mind would be a great asset

**Education**:Graduate or MBA is preferred.
