**About the Role**:
We are looking for an innovative, well-organised MIS Executive for the Sales department of our

company. The MIS Executive’s responsibilities will be to handle all thedaily/weekly/monthly reports,

process orders, take appointments, keep up-to-date with the payment systems. Correctness of data.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Assist the Sales and Marketing department in managing the data of the overall process and

creating reports, dashboards etc.
- Transfer data from different sources and formats into database systems.
- Type in data provided directly from customers or other parties, and create and manage

spreadsheets with large numbers of figures.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents, update existing data and retrieve data as

and when required.
- Partnering with Sales to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data
- Enable the team to work smarter by simplifying processes - excel automation, etc.
- Track the key metrics, including growth, profit/loss rates, and target achieved per the

requirement.
- Create daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the department as and

when required.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹230,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
