**Outlet Listings**: Ensure company products are prominently featured in pertinent bars, eateries, and establishments across Mumbai and maintain the listings. Consistently achieve or surpass target new listings every month.
- **Relationship Management**: Cultivate lasting bonds with F&B managers, bartenders, and industry influencers. Your focus is not just on sales, but on fostering a community around our brands.
- **Brand Promotion**: Organise and oversee events, prioritising the authentic presentation of our brands. Collaborate with our brand mixologist to conduct training sessions, enhancing the representation of our products in cocktails.
- **Sales/Business Development**: Identify and target potential IMFL customers in the assigned territory. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Negotiate sales deals with customers.
- **Brand Strategy**: Devise and execute sales tactics tailored to the unique appeal of craft Indian alcohols. Recognize and leverage the distinction of our brands in a market dominated by mass-produced alternatives.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay ahead of the curve by constantly researching and analyzing market preferences, trends, and emerging opportunities specific to craft Indian brands. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
- **Regulatory Navigation**: Be well-versed in the nuances of craft alcohol regulations in Gurugram, ensuring our operations remain compliant at all times.
- **Product Knowledge**:Stay up-to-date with knowledge of company products, including their characteristics, pricing, and market positioning. Provide customers with detailed product information and recommendations.
- Any other duties which may arise considering the overall job profile

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
