Designation : Dairy Plant Operator

Qualification: Diploma/ ITI in dairy science

Location : Ernakulam

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Roles and responsibilities:

- Operate Pasteurizer, cream separator, homogeniser machines in Curd and Milk operations and ensure machine output and quality as per set parameters.
- Take sample from the incoming Milk Tanker and handover to QC dept for quality check.
- Coordinate milk pumping from the incoming milk tanker to HMST Tank ensuring all quality and hygiene parameters
- Ensure hot water cleaning of all machines, valves, pine lines, Tank, packing machine etc. before standardization process.
- Monitor and set temperature parameters in process, as per requirement. - Execution of standardization process as per required standards namely cream separation and additions in milk, SNF correction etc.
- Take sample after standardisation for further quality confirmation and ensure that it is meeting the requirement. If any variations found, take again sample from the tank and ensure quality recheck by the QC Dept and standardize the process to ensure the correct parameter achievement.
- Pump the milk to the Packing Machine after ensuring that that all parameters are achieved.
- Ensure Milk / Curd Process Tank and incoming milk Tanker cleaning with alkali, acid and hot waterwash after completion of production process.
- Support the Maintenance Operator in machine trouble shooting and inform Production and Maintenance Departments if any machine abnormalities observed/ breakdown during the production process.
- Operate Compressor Machine and ensure its troubleshooting as per requirement.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
