Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in operating and monitoring rice mill / oil mill plant machinery under supervision.
  • Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
  • Support in raw material handling, cleaning, drying, milling, packaging, and dispatch operations.
  • Record and maintain daily production data (logbooks, checklists, shift reports).
  • Observe and implement quality control parameters (moisture, yield, cleanliness, defects).
  • Follow safety, hygiene, and housekeeping practices in the workplace.
  • Report equipment abnormalities or breakdowns to maintenance teams.
  • Work in shifts and support smooth plant operations as per schedule.

Training Period & Growth

  • Training Duration: 6 – 12 months (may vary as per performance)
  • Post-Training Role: Plant Operator / Production Associate.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Food Technology, or related trades
  • Freshers can apply.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
  • Strong learning mindset, discipline, and willingness to work in a plant environment.
