We’re looking for a creative and talented scriptwriter to join our team and help shape the narratives behind our videos. **Responsibilities**:

- Write engaging, creative, and well-researched scripts for YouTube videos, covering a wide range of topics.
- Collaborate with the video production team to ensure the script aligns with video goals, tone, and visual elements.
- Develop fresh and original ideas for video content that resonates with our audience.
- Work with the content team to refine and improve scripts as needed.
- Ensure scripts are optimized for YouTube audiences and include clear calls to action.
- Stay updated on trends in YouTube content and audience engagement.
- Edit and revise scripts based on feedback and creative direction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a scriptwriter, content writer, or similar role, preferably with experience in YouTube or digital media.
- A portfolio of previous scriptwriting work or examples of videos you've written scripts for.
- Strong creativity and ability to generate new and unique ideas.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt to various video styles and tones.
- Familiarity with YouTube’s platform, audience preferences, and SEO practices for video content.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as attention to detail.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Knowledge of social media trends, viral content, and audience psychology.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
