Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Scriptwriter / Content Writer who can craft compelling short-form video scripts and digital content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social media platforms. You’ll work closely with the production and editing teams to turn ideas into thumb-stopping videos that are both visually rich and narratively engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write engaging scripts and storyboards for short-form content across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other platforms
- Ideate and execute story-driven content that aligns with DetailR’s brand voice and premium positioning
- Research trends, hooks, and storytelling formats to maximize reach and engagement on each platform
- Collaborate with the design, production, and editing teams to bring scripts to life
- Be actively involved in shoots when required and guide the visual execution of your scripts
- Brief editors to ensure post-production aligns with the creative vision
- Contribute to campaign planning, brainstorming, and content calendars
- Adapt content for various platforms based on tone, format, and audience
- Use analytics and insights to refine content strategies and messaging

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of content/scriptwriting experience
- Strong understanding of short-form social media content and platform-specific storytelling (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with video shoots and collaborating with creative teams
- A good sense of visual storytelling and basic understanding of editing techniques
- Ability to balance mass appeal with aspirational/premium tonality
- Excellent writing, communication, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working from Banjara Hills and occasionally traveling to the studio in Bachupally.
