**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the waste processing plant.
- Ensure efficient and effective processing of solid waste, composting, and RDF production.
- Monitor plant performance and implement improvements to optimize processes.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national regulations related to waste management and environmental standards.
- Liaising with the Pollution Control Board (PCB) and other regulatory bodies.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Collect and analyses data related to plant operations, waste processing, and resource recovery.
- Prepare detailed reports on plant performance, compliance status, and other operational metrics.
- Use data insights to make informed decisions and improve plant efficiency. Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, resource allocation, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Handle staffing requirements, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Lead and manage projects related to plant upgrades, process improvements, and new initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to implement new technologies and processes.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including government officials, community members, and corporate partners

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Waste Management, or a related field.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in waste management or solid waste processing.
- Strong knowledge of waste management practices, composting, RDF production, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent administrative and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
