**Oliver Wyman is now looking for a Recruitment Assistant to support our Experienced Hire Recuiting team This role will can be based in our Gurugram or Mumbai office.**

**The Opportunity**

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Coordinate interview activities and scheduling
- Collect and compile feedback and manage briefing documents
- Support an ad-hoc Recruitment projects and initiatives

**Who we think will be perfect for this role**

**Technical Skills**
- Familiarity with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong command of English (written and verbal)

**Skills and Attributes**
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to operate well within a team, as well as independently
- Professional, tactful and able to engage with colleagues at all levels in the firm
- Excellent communicator - able to deal effectively with people at all levels in a multicultural work environment
- Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, energetic environment-Collaborative team player
- Positive attitude, sense of fun: is collegial and friendly
- Methodical, organized and excellent attention to detail
