**PROJECT COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION GUIDE**
**Duties and responsibilities**
1. Coordination with consultants of ongoing projects
2. Coordination with consultants for upcoming projects
3. Coordination with consultants of DM projects
4. RERA - documents uploading, RERA data update, RERA changes update project extention work
5. Carpet area updating on ERP
6. Plot bifurcation, partner sharing data
7. Environmental Clearance work, Bi-annual compliances
8. Billing of consultants
9. Sanction and coordination, all NOC coordination
10. Resolving issues of existing clients related to area statements
11. Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams
12. Providing information and regular support to stakeholders
13. Being point of contact for various working groups
14. Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes
15. Ensuring resources and equipment are always available
16. Understanding formal escalation and review processes
17. Providing support to project managers and business leaders when requested
18. Thorough project documentation
19. Creating and reviewing of reports
20. Knowledge of industry best practice
**Should have Basic knowledge on below:

**2. RERA Knowledge**
**3. MPCB -Maha Pollution Control Board**
**4. EC- Environmental Clearance**
**5. Plan Sanctioning**
**6. Drafting**
**7. Building BY laws**
**Note:
- Mandatory Project Coordinator experience required and should have 5+ years of relevant Experience.**
