**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Adheres to the departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs, safety, environmental and infection control standards. Handles both outpatient and inpatient treatment.
- History taking and examination of patient in inpatient department.
- Attend patients for in OPD and IPD including history taking and physical examination
- Attend to patient related clinical issues and accordingly manage clinical problems.
- Raise investigation and procedure requisition after discussion with consultant.
- Explain to patient regarding Anesthesia, procedure, possible risks, and obtain informed consent.
- To ensure pre & postoperative orders have been carried out appropriately.
- Impart training to the newly joined RMOs and Registrars regarding departmental protocols.
- Implement clinical management plan for the patient as decided by the seniors and team.
- To keep all the medical records updated in HIS which includes initial assessment, reassessment, daily notes, procedure notes, eMAR, discharge advice etc.
- To attend camps/activities organized by the organization as and when required.
- To communicate and coordinate with Consultants, nurses, and other clinical departments in providing timely and accurate clinical care to patients
- Attend emergencies and informing consultant doctors for further action.
- Providing the information regarding the patient’s condition to attendant whenever required.
- To explain to the patients about the surgical procedures and take informed consent if they are part of the operating team
- To carry out pre and post-operative orders
- To complete the operative notes as per the guidance of the operating surgeon
- To assist in the operative procedures as per their granted privileges
- To ensure pre-operative work up is completed and check if patients have the medical and anesthesia clearance as per checklist.
- **Should be willing to do fellowship in breast Oncology.**

**Required Education**:MBBS

**Preferred Education**:Post MD, MS,DNB, PG Diploma

**Experience **:0 -1 years may be considered.

**Salary**: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
