Coimbatore, India PPS MOTORS PVT LTD Full time

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with retail sales executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the branch/brand
- Supporting Retail Managers to execute VAS business goals
- Collaborate with CRM team to connect with customers and promote VAS products
- Vendor management
- Assisting Sales Advisors in their techniques and implementing demo tools
- Developing specific plans along with reporting manager to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Training of retail team to pitch VAS to customers
- Executing marketing initiatives and recommending options to increase penetration of services
- Develop new selling techniques and keep updates on competition

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Senior sales person in retail or channel sales
- Understanding of store operations / dealership operations / Channel operations
- Proven interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, preferably aware of local language (speaking)
- Availability to travel as required

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
