Sales Representatives and Sales Officer for Trichy district

3.1 Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs& Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

3.2 They typically do this by visiting potential clients and introducing them to the right products and services to solve their specific needs.

3.3 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services & Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

3.4 Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

3.5 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

3.6 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

3.7 Collaborate with team members to achieve better results & Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team

3.8 Sales officers are the representatives of a company who are responsible for establishing a relationship with potential clients.
3.9 They also pitch the products and services to potential clients and close sales.
3.10 Sales officers might travel to potential clients or meet at their homes, schools, or businesses.
3.11 They generally work in an office setting and report to sales managers, but might also work independently.

3.12 On boarding callssignifies how many on boarding and/or demo calls the sales team completes in a month 3.13 Contact-to-customer conversion rateis a modern sales KPI that tracks the number of contacts that have converted to sales.
