**Job Title**: Sales Representative/Sales Associate/Sales Executive

**Reports To**: Mr.Arumugam, Senior Sales Executive

**Job Overview**:We are seeking a results-driven and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that meet those needs. This role plays a critical part in achieving our sales targets and growing our customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, referrals, and other lead generation techniques.

**Sales Presentations**: Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their key features and benefits.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Sales Quotas**: Meet and exceed sales targets and goals. Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed quotas.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and stay updated on industry trends.

**Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare regular reports on sales performance.

**Negotiation**: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

**Market Research**: Stay informed about market conditions, competition, and industry developments.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and meet those needs with product/service solutions
- Results-driven and target-oriented
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Relevant industry certifications or training

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 100% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
