**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Brand Discovery & Research**:

- Conduct **in-depth research** to understand the client’s brand story, business, audience, market trends, and competitors.
- Identify **gaps and opportunities** to build a **unique brand positioning**.
- ** Brand Development**:

- Create **brand frameworks** covering brand vision, mission, core values, personality, tone of voice, and visual identity guidelines.
- Develop **messaging strategies** that resonate with the target audience across all channels.
- ** Brand Campaign Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the **design and content teams** to ensure campaigns align with brand strategy.
- Create **content frameworks** that guide social media, website copy, and advertising campaigns.
- ** Client Communication**:

- Providing **strategic recommendations** to strengthen their brand presence.
- Present brand strategies and campaign ideas to clients, ensuring they align with **business goals**.
- ** Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all **external and internal communications** reflect the brand’s core identity and values.
- Conduct **brand audits** to evaluate consistency across platforms.

**Qualifications** Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or advertising.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, including brand positioning, identity, and messaging.
- Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with industries like Real Estate, F&B, FMCG, and Fashion is a plus.
