Job Title: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, bank

reconciliation, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and ledgers.
- Support in finalization of accounts and statutory audits.
- Support in preparing monthly GST returns and TDS filings.
- Payroll processing including salary calculation, deductions, and disbursement.
- Handle EPF and ESIC registrations, filings, and compliance.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities if required.

Qualifications & Skills:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / any accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC, and payroll processes is preferred.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Other Details:

- Employment Type: Full-time
- Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can apply)
- Language: English and local language preferred
- Compensation: As per industry standards
- Work Location: Plot no K-171, MIDC Waluj, Chh. Sambhajinagar
- Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, Weekly Off: Sunday

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
