**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our team, specializing in creating captivating visual content for restaurants and takeaways in the UK. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will play a pivotal role in developing engaging and dynamic videos that promote our clients' brands and showcase their menu. Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects is essential, as you will be utilizing these tools extensively to create visually stunning and impactful motion graphics.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines.
Create visually appealing and attention-grabbing motion graphics for promotional videos, advertisements, social media campaigns, and other multimedia content.
Utilize Photoshop to design and manipulate graphics, backgrounds, and assets for use in motion graphics.
Edit and enhance raw footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring high-quality video production.
Use Adobe After Effects to animate and bring static elements to life, including text, graphics, and effects.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive visual style and messaging across different platforms and campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and creativity of motion graphics.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work on time.
Communicate effectively with clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisions to meet their expectations.
Maintain an organized library of assets, templates, and resources for efficient project management and future use.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics and video editing skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
Solid understanding of motion design principles, visual storytelling, and composition.
Strong video editing skills, including knowledge of transitions, color grading, and audio editing.
Ability to conceptualize and create visually stunning motion graphics that effectively convey messages and engage the target audience.
Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual effects.
Familiarity with current design and video trends, particularly in the food industry and social media platforms.
Passion for the food industry and a good understanding of its visual trends and preferences would be a plus.
