Job Title: Production and Quality Check Operator

Department: Production / Quality Control

Location: Derabassi

**Salary**: As per industry standards

This role is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring manufacturing

processes, and conducting quality checks on metal components and finished products to ensure

they meet internal and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor the production process and ensure products are manufactured according to

production schedules and specifications.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods for quality, accuracy, and

conformance to engineering drawings.
- Identify defects or non-conformities, segregate faulty items, and report issues to

supervisors or quality control.
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records and fill out daily reports.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times on the shop floor.
- Assist in root cause analysis of recurring quality issues and support improvement

initiatives.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to resolve

issues quickly.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma, technical diploma, or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
