**Job Title**: Voice Process Executive (US)
**Experience**: 0-5 Years (Freshers can apply)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries via voice calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Understand and resolve client concerns related to products, services, or orders.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or internal systems.
- Provide information, support, and troubleshooting as per process guidelines.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance and quality targets.
- Follow communication scripts and compliance procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in **English** (US accent preferred).
- Willingness to work based the **Client**.
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in a voice-based BPO/US process is a plus (not mandatory).

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum: Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,897.41 - ₹35,865.87 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
