**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to flight sales inquiries.
- Convert leads into successful bookings through persuasive communication and active listening.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing expert advice and assistance with flight options.
- Maintain an excellent standard of service and ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.
- Work in rotational shifts to ensure global customer service coverage.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Stable Profile**: Demonstrated stability in previous job roles, with a consistent and reliable work history.
- **Sales/Call Center Experience**: A proven track record in sales or experience in a call center environment is essential.
- **Excellent English Communication**: Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, is mandatory.
- **Flexibility for Rotational Shifts**: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure seamless operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Inbound /Outbound voice: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
