We are looking to employ an TA (HR recruiter+Admin) with the ability to develop recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organization. He/she is responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans for the organization. Should have basic knowledge on onboarding process and Vendor Management.

**TA (HR Recruiter+Admin) Responsibilities**:

- Should have knowledge of Recruitment Process
- Record keeping and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
- Handling of Vendor and administration work and record-keeping.
- Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Preparing job offers.
- Networking with various institutions and social media.

**HR Recruiter Requirements**:

- Qualification : MBA preferred.
- Fresher to 1 Year experience.(Experience should be in IT Company only)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
- Excellent record keeping.
- Should pay attention to the details.

Location:
Current Location should be Ahmedabad
Preferred Location should be Ahmedabad

Note : Only 2023/2024 passing years students can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
