We are currently seeking a Enterprise Resource Planning Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
- Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR & Recruiting)
- Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with business users, gather and document requirements.
- Ability to provide options and talk through solutions with end customer.
- Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries
- Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM
