Responsibilities as below,

Customers and Retailers complaints resolving promptly

Handling day to day mall operation and resolve non-compliances

Monitor Safety & Security of Property, Customers and staff

Handling outsourced agencies staff effectively. I.e. Housekeeping, Parking, Facility, Pest Control, Security.

Attend Mock drills for emergency crisis (Firefighting and Medical Emergency Etc.)

Daily briefings to be taken with all outsourced HOD’s and discuss previous day issues and plan for day

Sending daily reports to VP, and all HODs (Marketing, Operation, Engineering, Loss Prevention and Finance)

Updating Master Tracker which includes Footfall, Vehicle count, Revenue from Parking, Trading Density, Events & Promotion Income and Housekeeping Consumption

Trading Density and Vehicle count

Creative to be approved for branding

Generate revenue to meet up targets and give healthy profit to the organization

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,517.65 - ₹35,534.35 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
