Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of all office and project inventory (stationery, printing materials, drafting tools, etc.).
- Track stock-in and stock-out regularly using Excel or inventory software.
- Identify low-stock items and raise timely requisitions.
- Coordination with clients and team
- Act as a bridge between the internal team and clients.
- Share project updates or documentation on behalf of the team.
- Handle basic client inquiries and escalate when needed.
- Customer relationship management
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and pending documents.
- Confirm appointments, project updates, or any key developments with clients.
- Create and maintain an up-to-date database of all clients.
- Record client details, project history, interactions, and preferences.
- Use spreadsheets, CRM software, or Google Sheets to organize and track client information.
- Ensure that all documentation is shared on time and properly recorded.

Qualifications:

- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience:

- 6 months to 1 year (Freshers can apply)
- Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Attention to detail and record-keeping
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel
